won its claim and succeeded in defending Hazard Chase Ltd's counter claim @ Woolwich County Court court this Monday October 4th. Hazard Chase Ltd (James Brown & John Willan are two of the directors from Hazard Chase Ltd who attended, Steve Martland and I were there as we had brought the case to court, Hazard Chase also entered a counterclaim) kept back money from last years Henley Festival concert because of an alledged SM Band debt to them from a performance in Australia in 1998. This was exposed in court as nonsence. After an 18 month fight the feeling is just a relaxed sort of numb. The full report from the judge will appear here soon.. Phewww
